Our hives are located in SPAIN ,in BUIZA DE GORDON (LEÓN) Village, in UNESCO High Bernesga Biosphere Reserve, declaration obtained in 2005 that includes two municipalities: La Pola de Gordón and Villamanin, in Cantabrian Mountain Range.
Near by San Salvador´s Way, one passage between two Jacob´s Ways: The Nothern and The French, this route that links Oviedo and Leon cities.
The weather is Atlantic Mountain, characterized by very hard long winters and shorter summers, heavy snowfalls and extreme temperatures.Most of our hives lie over more than 1100 metres above sea level, and these circunstances are influential for our honey and bee swarms survival capacity
