Of course We´re all the legal condictions required from government authorities from diffetent areas such as: municipality licences, livestock service, etc.

Our honey has won The Best Honey Prizes,of the University of Leon & Urzapa Award in Leon 2015.
The very high qualities such as :pleasant taste, natural composition, density and other honey properties, were conclusive in getting the first place in Leone´s awards.
Its dark brown colour, It smells light sweet but not extremely sickly, perfect high honey density .
Its taste has conquisted most discerning palates from from sumillers to gourmet products lovers.
The composition´s a mixture of different components such as cytisus scoparius,T. Rubus ulmifolius, T. Crataegus monogyna, T. Sedum acre, Erica arborea T. Cistus ladanifer, T. Erica cinerea, T. Centaurea calcitrapa, T. Thymus, Halimium umbellatum, T. Halimium halimifolium, Erica umbellata, Salix sp., Plantago sp., T. Ononis repens, T. Helianthemum salicifolium.
Analysis of pollen are avalaible for importators customers.
Honey is sold in 1 kilogramme jars and containers of 300 kilogrammes of net weigth in European Union.
